[Resolved] Tikona — Cancellation not done | |||
Hello, My name is Anamika Singh, User ID: [protected]. I was not satisfied with the services so i decided to cancel the subscription. I called the costumer care no. and the represantative told me to send an email for cancellation. I did as I was told to do but they never replied and did not cancel the subscription. They came with bill to my house next month and I paid them the person gave me a phone number to call on for cancellation. The guy on the phone gave me a complain no. ie. 1-[protected] and was told that after 3 days I will recieve a confirmation call on my number but it never came. Now the person who comes to take the payment tells me that i have to disconnet the router in my home and the subscription will automatically get cancelled! If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
