[Resolved] Tikona — Cancellation of Internet connection | |||||
Hello, I took an internet connection from tikona broadband service provider for 6 months (JAN 2015 - JUN 2015) in Surat, Gujarat. After 6 months I told them more then 10 times to delete/disconnect my account as I was shifting to Pune, Maharastra for Job. They say that your query will be forwarded and in 2 days our executive will come take the modem device. But nobody comes and they keep on generating bills every next month even I don't use the internet. So, this was the harrasment they have done to me. Now, a lawyer calls to me and my mom stating that a case has been filed and we are sending a court notice to your home. Now, this has gone beyond the limits. For the proof I have their cancellation mail. I need your help to end this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
