I have mailed Tikona team many times and it has been more than 3 months and they are not disconnecting connection from my end.

Updated by avigupta0061 I will be able to submit proofs as well regarding the same. Moreover they are breaking TRAI rule as they were just giving 10MBPS speed when they charged me for 30MBPS plan
