[Resolved] Tikona — Cancellation of service | |||||
I'm not happy with the the service provided by the tikona as there is a frequent disconnection of Internet. Request has been raised numerous times, but no permanent solution has been provided. I had raised the request for disconnection of service, however they requested for the last opportunity to repair but in vain. When I raised by concern for the disconnection again they're buying more time which is intolerable.. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE PROVIDED FROM TIKONA. Was this information helpful? | |||||
