[Resolved] Tikona Care Service — Internet connectivity issue

I am customer of Tikona Internet.For every month at least 20 days will not get proper continuous connection.When i called to support center, response we have taken your request issue will be resolved in 24 hours.I dont know how many 24 hrs passed with out any resolution.I[censored]nable to provide continuous support or connectivity please inform to users saying that we are not able to provide support and switch to new other connection instead of keep on post pone about the issues.
