[Resolved] Tikona — Charging after cancellation of my service | |||
I have applied for cancellation of my net service in july 25 because that time i was going abroad so they as per my request cancellewd the plan but they were not sending me any confirmation so i talked to them for some no. Of days finally they send me a written confirmation saying no dues and your service is cancelled they were not removing the cable and adapter from my home i asked them why so they said you can keep them if you want to use anytime you can use but i removed the cable that time only now they are telling me you are using net service you are charged 1200 something payup and harrising me Was this information helpful? | |||
