[Resolved] Tikona — Charging excess amount | |||||
I stopped using WiFi of Tikona . after a few months they started charging money though I wasn't using any services . They have taken their devices but still are charging without any satisfactory reason . [protected] was the date when I submitted the request for disconnection . They charged me Rs.1784 and again are asking for Rs. 509 On the other side I didn't used their services so they are charging money without any satisfactory reason . Please look into the matter .
