[Resolved]  Tikona — charging for internet service even after requesting to stop the connection

Dear sir/madam
I have taken an internet connection from tikona broad band on 12th may 2015 (User id[protected] for a plan of 4 mbps speed per month (Adbbm4m600) and paid online in advance for 6 months amounting rs 4045.00.
Just after 1 year i have been facing a very poor connection speed with frequent connection error. I have registered the complaint on 22/09/16 & several times thereafter (25/09/16, 07/10/16, 08/10/16, 09/10/16, 25/10/16, 03/11/16, 23/11/16, 6/12/16, and 15/12/16) in their customer care service email id ([protected]@tikona.in) but have failed to get proper resolutions.
I have also requested them to disconnect their lines (07/10/16, 09/10/16) as they have failed to provide me the proper service but they have forced me every time to continue their poor internet service with false commitment. Being frustrated and seeing no other way i have stopped payment & using their connections. I have been suffering with mental agony and have failed to disconnect their lines as they are always pressing me over phone and via mails to continue their service and have been increasing their bills every month.
Finally after several communication via mail and over phone they have requested me to pay rs 690/- as final settlement against my overall dues dated till 30/01/17 which i have paid online immediately on the same day. They have promised to give me a better service & asked me to give them a last chance to improve. They told me that i will get uniform 6 mbps speed for 5gb and post 5 gb, i will get unlimited 1mbps for a monthly subscription plan of rs.400/- only. On their false commitment i was again trapped in their cage and forced to continue the poor broadband service again & getting the same speed issue (Only kbps speed against uniform 6 mbps speed) and frequent connection errors thereafter. I have again lodged the complaint on 14/02/17, 16/02/17. On seeing no improvement i finally decided to disconnect the line again and paid rs 868.05 on 13/03/17 towards payment till date and advance payment for next cycle billing till 26/03/17.
I have requested them over phone and mails to disconnect the internet service (Auto acknowledge online request number is 1-[protected]) and send a mail on 14/03/17 (Auto acknowledge online request number is 1-[protected].) not to generate any bills after 25/03/17 and i have also stopped using their internet on and from 23/03/17.
Though i have requested to disconnect my line from my registered e mail id but they did not disconnect the line and told me to call up from my registered phone no [protected] which has been kept on auto rejection by them & i could not able to connect.
I have tried to connect their customer care no[protected] several times thereafter from my registered phone but every time i have failed to connect as it was saying as a wrong no. But when i call up from my alternate no for disconnection and to waive off the bills which has been generated wrongly they are forcing me to call up from my registered mobile no.
Lastly on 01/04/17 following my grievance mail (Online request number is 1-[protected]) i have been able to connect them from my registered phone no [protected] on 01/04/17, again i wrote reminder mail on 11/04/17 (Request number is 1-[protected] finally they have disconnected it on 19/04/17 and asked to me to pay rs.247/-.
I have also called up customer care number[protected] and requested to waive off the charges wrongly imposed on me but they are increasing every month.
On date 04/08/17 i spoke to meghna of their billing section phone no [protected] at around 9.23 am and she has listened to my grievance and cross checked all my previous communications and asked me to ignore all mails and sms and informed me that my pending outstanding bills will be waived off as it was imposed wrongly. She also informed that i need not to pay any bills and registered complains for not sending any reminder mails or sms.
But again i am being harassed through mails and sms for outstanding payment.
Therefore i request your good office to resolve this issue and not to harass the customer like me.
