[Resolved]  Tikona — Charging Improper bills, While my internet connection plan is Unlimited.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I subscribed a Unlimited plan ( 650/- per month, 20 GB data, and 1 mbps speed and unlimited plan for 2 months plan code #ADBBM1M650) . i have subscribed on 8th sept 2014. and paid Rs.2200 for the subscription of tikona internet.the amount is collected by their marketing executive Mr.chetan Borase.I have an receipt for the subscription dated 8/9/2014. but they have sent me a bill date 26/10/2014. I subscribed for 2 month unlimited plan ( ie.From 8/9/2014 to 30/10/2014) so, how they can send me a bill for 30/11/2014..??Tikona is countiously trying to fooling the poor people. what is the meaning of a unlimited plan??? itmeans i can use unlimited data..sir please help me how do i overcome this situation??? please guide??? they have sent me a bill for dec month For Rs.941 ( which includes bill Rs.524 of October month)...
