[Resolved]  Tikona — charging money after disconnection

I have asked tikona to disconnect my internet as the net was not working and I wasnt able to call them either from my registered no. So I used alternate no. and was told there's a major problem and it will take time to resolve but even after 20 days when the net didnt start working I asked to disconnect first they werent ready and kept transferring my call and asking to wait for another day but then I sent an email and asked them to disconnect and then confirmed it on phone.
But later they started calling me that I had a bill due for Rs 1663. I was using a rs600 plan and I had payment in the last month before net stopped working not to mention tikona takes advance payment.
I was actually expecting a refund for the next month amount in which net wasnt working but instead they bilked me rs1663. They kept calling me sending messages and mails for payment.
When I asked for justification of bill amount the said it was for the month previous to the month when the net stopped working.
They said that the bill I pay is not advance but of previous month because only after I use data they can bill me according to the data used but this logic is wrong as I had a fixed plan with high speed net for limited usage after which unlimited data at slow speed. In some months when I did not use the complete high speed data the bill amount was still the same.
Also since I have got the tikona connection I remember the payment was always in advance.

Today at 5:15 I had a call from a lawyer in delhi who said that if I dont make the payment by 5:30 she will file a case against me in delhi court where I would have to appear.
I cannot just lave my work here and go to delhi so I had to made the payment. This is absolutely wrong of tikona to threaten its customer this way and get money out of them.

Also as soon as I made the payment of rs1663 there immediately appeared another bill of rs 58 out of nowhere.
And the lawyer which called me gave me a wrong email address and is now not picking my call after I made the payment.

Update there are months not mentioned in my 1st complaint, below is an updated complaint with more details :

But later they started calling me that I had a bill due for Rs 1663. I was using a rs708 (including tax) plan so amount of 1663 was unreasonable. I had made last payment in july of rs508 for month of august because in july the net didnt work for 10 days and I got a waiver of rs 200 for the same. Tikona gives waiver on next bill so in july when I was making payment for august I got a previous month waiver in august bill. My month for tikona was 7 to 7 and on 8th of august the net stopped working.

I was actually expecting a refund for the august month amount in which net wasnt working because tikona takes advance payment and I made the payment in july but instead they billed me rs1663. They kept calling me sending messages and mails for payment.
When I asked for justification of bill amount they said it was for uptil 7 july but I had already made payments and how can such unresonably high amount bill come out of nowhere as soon as I disconnected.
They said that the bill I pay is not advance but of previous month because only after I use data they can bill me according to the data used but this logic is wrong as I had a fixed plan with high speed net for limited usage after which unlimited data at slow speed. In some months when I did not use the complete high speed data the bill amount was still the same.

And even if it were not in advance there is no reason for them to charge me any money as I made the payment in july itself let alons charge such high amount.

Yesterday I got call from tikona saying they are now disconnecting my services and have further charged me rs200, this is no joke, this has to stop. I asked for disconnection in august end and my internet is not working from beginning of august why am I being forced to pay for this?

I request an immediate and a full refund of my amount.
