Tikona — Charging money wrongly | |||
My Tikona Account no. [protected] they take bill in advance and i had paid on 6/8/15 for the duration 26July-25August with following details:- BAN :[protected] Payment Amount (Rs): 570 Payment Date :[protected] Payment ID :1-[protected] Transaction ID* :[protected]TPC[protected] Payment status :SUCCESS their executive has already collected CPE /Modem and all accessories in working condition. I had given cancellation request on 10th august and has not used your connection since then. So i should be refunded money for 15 days. It has been 4 months and they have not refunded my money. Instead of this they are demanding money(381/-) from me by sending bill every month. This company is a cheat. I want my money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
