Hi my name is diwakar yadav and my user id is [protected]. Actually i am very upset and angry with tikona services. The reason is few months before i recieved a call that my tikona bill is pending of somewhat 1000 or so which i paid the very next day i recived the call and told him to cancel my connection as i have to shift to a new place and he agreed that its cancelled and you need not to worry but after a month i recieve a call again that your some amount is pending and after calling the representative i told him that am not free to come to the office as i paid the amount earlier and he said sir no issues as i will look over the matter and get this closed. So now after a few months i got to know from my brother that a case has been filed against me from tikona . As i dont like any legal alligations against me i paid 1492 the amount today that very day i am informed. But i will make sure none of my friends or family use tikona ever again and after this i will even file a case in consumer form that the way i have been cheated i try to call tikona but no reply has been recieved till yet.
