[Resolved] Tikona — Cheated in the name of internet speed

Hi,
I have taken the Tikona broadband here in Kempapura, Bangalore. I had been promised a speed of 4 mbps. But that worked only during the demo and for first initial few days. After that the speed is not even 1 mbps and the site 1.254.254.254 doesn't even load most of the times. Its like paying all the money to see that site loading. without it I cant even connect to the internet. Take BSNL but not Tikona. They have the worst service where no one picks up the call when needed. I have asked for a refund of my amount immediately. If I do not get it I will file a police complaint of cheating against these people
