[Resolved] Tikona — cheating, extortion by tikona | |
Tikona is the worst service provider and biggest cheats and thieves. My brother got us an pre paid net package from them, their services were horrible still we put up with them for about a year, there was no internet because of their own personal probs from their side, thus one of the senior person was kind enuff to give us extra internet for about 4, 5 days extra to compensate. But due to the continous prob frm their side we decided to discontinue. After that its 7 months their staff have been calling us and harrasing us saying rs 250 /-is due, mind u it was a pre paid plan that we bought. So, hw is any amount due? They r so ridiculousy that they r asking money for the 5 days extra which they had promised to give us as compensation for their # services. They r biggest cheats, trying to extort money by harrasing and threatning a girl. They have appointed gunda staff. Worst service providers in the market, had an horrifying experience.
