I would like to inform you that I no longer wish to take your internet service since the standard of your service is not up to the level of satisfaction. Although I complained about the speed of internet and its connectivity problem for a number of times you failed to take necessary steps to improve the service. Such an indifferent attitude is highly unacceptable and as such irritating to certain extent.
I will not pay any amount from next month.
