[Resolved] Tikona — company not accepting the disconnection request | |||
I have asked tikona customer care for disconnection request on 20th July 2019 even though i have explained them that i have paid till 14th September 2019 i don't want a refund i want the disconnection and device to be collected.But the customer care is not ready to accept the request they are forcing me to use till September which is not legal you cannot force a customer to use a service.Every-time when i call i get different answers and in the end they say the same thing use till September its in our terms and conditions and when i say i have gone through your T&C they say its our voice process. This is mental harassment which Tikona customer care is doing I want the disconnection to be done in 10days i cant wait till September and i dont ant my refund also.
