[Resolved] Tikona — Complaint about new installation | |||
I have signed up for a new connection on 07/07/2020 made the entire payment requested on the same day, was supposed to get the installation done on 08/07/2020 as per commitment given by technician prakash. The installation is assigned to sandip shende as per sms received from tikona. Today its 16/07/2020 and i am still waiting for installation. I am only getting excuses from both prakash & sandip like switch needs to be installed, cable needs to be run etc., however i know that there are connections in my society from tikona. I am following up everyday almost thrice and each time i am getting weird excuses. I have recently joined tikona thinking it will be a great experience, but it turned to be my most horrible experience ever. I was not expecting this kind of service. I assured several times with prakash & sandip about the timeframe for installation and each time i got response it will be done today. It's been 8 days now and no resolution. Unable to connect on customer service as long hold and top of it its a chargeable call. I have sent out number of emails to [protected]@tikona.in but sadly no response.
