[Resolved] Tikona — Complaint against harassment from tikona and sending fake bills | |||||
Hi, I have taken internet connection from tikona in the year of 2014. Recently i have moved another city and due to this i have raised internet disconnect request on 31/01/2016 below are the details Request number: 1-[protected] User id: [protected] After closing, i got bill from tikona again on feb 2016 and i have paid 89.00 rupees and the transaction number is :[protected]tpc[protected] Now again, i got bill from tikona on 13 apr 2016, bill amount is 166.31 though i am not using right now and i have completely unplugged the connection. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
