[Resolved]  Tikona — Complaint against tikona internet connectivity

I am continuously facing the connectivity problem. When i have complained against connectivity problem in customer care then they are not taking it seriously. "THEY ONLY SAID THAT WE HAVE GENERATED THE REQUEST FOR YOUR PROBLEM AND OUR TECHNICAL TEAM WILL RESOLVED THIS ISSUE WITHIN 24 HOURS" But issues are not resolved. I have complaint this connectivity issue to customer care, almost every 2-3 days. "THEY ONLY SEND SMS TO MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND SAID ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED." If the tikona technical team, successfully resolved this issue then after 2 days why we are facing these problem again and again. I request you to place take serious action against the Tikona company for providing the worst internet and customer services. They just MENTALLY FRUSTRATE the people like us. "I WANT ALL MONEY WHICH I WAS INVESTED FOR TAKING THE TIKONA INTERNET SERVICE WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION". Thanks, Ritu Prasad Mob-[protected]
