We have taken Tikona Broadband Two days back & since last two days services are down, On that time of connection Tikona executive committed me you will get better service from tikona as compare to current service provider & taken 3 Months advance payment. Now tell me how you will refund my 3 Months advance payment is of 3550/- Rs. As since last three days my internet is down. Office work is suffering who is going to bear this.
