[Resolved] Tikona — Complaint for extra bill amount after disconnection | |||||
Hi, I am jatin rupeja, from delhi, moti nagar. Tikona user id: [protected] My tikona plan was 15-15 for every month payable of rs. 570/month included tax. Recently on 18th march i requested to disconnect the service. However the service was not disconnected and i called again on 21st of march to disconnect it permanently and send 6 day usage bill according to my plan. I waited for a week but no updates where found. So i called again and they said the service had been stopped on 21st and i have to rs. 220 for the extra usage for 6 days. I asked them to send me an email regarding that or adjust on my online payable amount. Since then i have not got any email or no bill adjustment were taken place, instead they put down extra rs. 100 penalty for late fee. Lilke seriously, why would i pay that now? I already disconnected the service and asked for bill adjustment to rs. 220 final due and instead of sending me bill they keep sending me wrong bill and keep calling me to stay with there service no matter what. Finally, i request you to send me the final due of rs. 220 including tax. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Tikona — No Internet access in S.Kolathur from past 10 days.
Technical support team is simply playing like issue will resolve in 1 hour. I am hearing this from past 10 days. Worst net work. Never get connection from this service provider.Tikona — COnnection Problem

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
