Hii sir, this is to bring in ur kind notice that i hav been complaining at ur call centre from last 3 months for speed but ur call centre people hav been trying to solve the problem from the ac rooms but nvr tried to hear my problem. again n again i was told that the problem has been resolved .
last call on ur call centre i did was 15 days back n i asked them to disconnect the connection but they hav not done till date is it a compulsion tht i hav to stay with ur connection whether it works or not .
i m getting msgs day by day for bill payment but hav they ever tried n asked me whether the connection is working or not is this how ur company is making fool of cunsumers .
i wont ever recommend such a company who only wants the payment but nvr tries to satisfy a customer . Was this information helpful? |
