[Resolved] Tikona — Complaint regarding disconnection of Tikona account | |||
User id- [protected] Issue- I called Tikona customer care for disconnection of my account prior 6 days of my monthly plan expire date.they assured me that after 15 days my account will be closed. Today 22 days have been passed but they neither send me any intimation email not they send their engineer to collect their device back. Meanwhile I have called them so many times and have sent email also to their customer care .they do acknowledge me that within 24 hours you will get our email but all in vain.I have totally exhausted calling them but it looks like my request is going into deaf ears. Now either they start their process quickly or I will take this case to consumer court. They have left no option for me. Was this information helpful? | |||
