Tikona — Complaint regarding payment

I have registered for tikona internet and installation is done on 30 october 2015. My user id is [protected], registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].After installation I think, I used the internet two or three days properly. After that I was facing connectivity problem. My login page sometimes open and mostly times not. I was thinking that the problem is due to receiver because the man installed the connection didn't attached the receiver well. So I complaint about that by calling on tikona customer care on first week of November 2015.They arranged an engineer on my address. Engineer visited my address told me that your receiver is not in range of tower signal. So I again complaint about that by mail and voice call. They again arranged an engineer, and engineer also found that connectivity is not possible so he suggest me to take refund. So I mail all details and request to fill the request against refund. Whenever I call customer care all customer supporters didn't told me proper processor and status of my complaint. On 20 November 2015 at 1:45 pm I complaint on senior desk customer care, a lady talk to me. She told me that she was arranging senior engineer on your address. Senior engineer also told me that connectivity is not possible on your address. I call customer care again and complaint about that and they accepted that they will not able to provide proper connectivity. So I request to refund my whole money (Rs.2000). Because this problem is due their fault they are not able to provide me proper connectivity from starting. When I request to refund my whole money they told me installation money cannot be refundable and data usage charges will be deducted. I was complaining from three or four days after installation of my connection and even now I have not got the proper solution. I want to say that I am ready to use the service continue if they will provide me proper connectivity. If they are not able then please refund my whole money because I didn't use the internet from the starting. I want to complaint you that engineer installed my connection make me fool for his benefit. He temporary installed the connection and gave me trial.
