My name is Om Prakash Sharma, I'm using tikona for last 1 year and my connection username/ID is [protected], many times i face internet connection problem but they usually fix in 1-2 days, last month i face the same problem, not able to connect with internet, i raised multiple request, try to connect with customer care, local tikona support but no one respond, i raised connectivity issue request on 21 july and wait till 26th july but no one responded, i complaint multiple time but they tell only one line, , *we will fix this by today*
At last i decided to close my tikona connection and request to close connection, , now 19 days are over but still no one is listening to me, they haven't close my connection yet and even not refunding my amount, , i don't know where to connect, i tried multiple time but no one is responding
i have all the recording and mails that i send to tikona for this issues as proof if required Was this information helpful? |
