Tikona — connection closed still getting calls for bill | |
I am Nitin Gadge. I am getting continue calls for bill payment even my connection is closed before bill cycle is end (25 Mar 2020). I had raised request on 8th March for relocation, which is assigned to NAGRAJ NAMDEV MURARKHAR and relocation is not possible due to non feasible address then this request was closed without any intimations so again i had called to customer care and i had discussion for refund of amount on 16th March which has been taken forward by Tikona executive. later on last call Tikona executive on 18th told that connection is closed and we will work for your refund. at last i got call from Tikona saying that we can not refund your amount. but then i am getting calls to pay next cycle bill. how this is possible if connection is closed ? I am trying to reach on customer care number but due to COVID19 seem that number is not reachable. i have raised requests from application but no use. Was this information helpful? | |
