[Resolved] Tikona — Connection is not terminated yet | |||||
I am yet to receive the connection termination status of my id [protected]. Your support people have come and taken modem poe devices from my premises. I havent got any acknowledgement. They said it will take 3 days time for me to receive the email from your guys. But i have not got any information could you let me know on this? I have stopped your connection jan 2016.
