Tikona — connection not available

Hello, itz not only even one week completed that I have took a new connection. .. my login page is not available I.e there is no connection 15 to 17 hrs a day ... I cannot do my work... I have called to customer care atleast 3 -4 days continously. .. they assured me that technical man wll come to fix this issue ... but nobody came till today to fix this Issue...hope now the problem will fixed.
