Tikona — Connection not disconnected even after month and money not refunded | |||
I have submitted the request of disconnection of tikona internet service on 11th July (request no. 1-[protected]), and I was told that it will be processed in 15 days and after that final settlement will be processed. But even after more than a month the service is not disconnected and still receiving bills. I tried doing follows online as well as by calling to customer care, but no reply yet, below are the dates and service request number for which havnt got any response 1-[protected] - 16/07 1-[protected] - 25/07 1-[protected] - 29/07 1-[protected] - 19/08 Was this information helpful? | |||
