[Resolved] Tikona — Connection not working since 20th july

My connection is not working since 20th july and i registered several complaints but no action is taken. Then i requested for disconnection then again nothing happened.
Now i have been generated a bill of 1700+ which is impractical.

As per my complaints since 20th july my refund should be made for the advance bill paid and this bill generated to me is illegal.

I suggest to make my refund as soon as possible and settle my account.
