[Resolved] Tikona — connection termination | |||
I don't want to comment on tikona services but the customer care service is the worst i have ever came across. After making request several times my connection is not being disconnected and i am receiving regular calls from them for checking the connection. I have clearly communicated for disconnecting my connection and payed complete balance last month but still i am receiving bills from them. I again request tikona to immediately disconnect by internet connection and send me a confirmation for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
