Tikona — Connectivity | |||||
My name is Rakesh, I am using Tikona from half an year. Recently I started facing problems with connectivity. Daily there will be network outage for 4-5 times. And it will get connected only after calling Tikona Care. Now my internet is not working from April 03 2016, when I call to customer care there is no proper response from them. They always say it is under observation of their network team and will be resolved within 8 working hours, but no action taken till now. As of now I had raised more than 10 tickets but there is no proper resolution for any. Was this information helpful? | |||||
