[Resolved] Tikona — Connectivity issue | |||||
I have purchased new tikona connection last month. From the first day i am facing issue. Every day i face no internet connection issues. When i try to call customer care, it took around 20 mins to connect these guys. Then they say your issue will be resolved within 4 hours or engineer will visit you soon. I have complaint a major issue on 13th july and they assured me that one engineer has been assigned and he will visit shortly. Since 13 july i am complaining daily, but no one came yet. Some time i even cant reach these guys on phone or call. They have given one customer care number, when i try to call on this no and choose the technical support option call disconnect automatically. And it happens most of the time. I have became totally frustrated. I want to disconnect my connection and i want my money back. This tikona internet service is no useful at all.
