Tikona — Connectivity or Signal issue | |||||
I am Jaykumar Busa, a customer of tikona digital networks. My user id is [protected] and I am from Rajkot, Gujarat. I am using plan in which I get 1 Mbps speed for first 10 GB and then 512 Kbps speed for unlimited use. I frequently facing the problem of connectivity and especially when my plan moves to the secondary plan (i.e. 512 kbps). Here I am not talking about the speed I am talking about the connectivity issue only. As per company's rules in secondary plan customer can face the problem of speed means the customer may get lower than the actual speed that I know. But there should not be any connectivity issue as per rules or said by their customer care executives. Still I faced lots of issues regarding that. In last month, in between 16 to 24 October 2015 I had complained more than 10 times mentioning that to solve this problem permanently. After taking my complaint they had sent their Technicians 5 times but the problem was not solved permanently. In last to last month also I had complained many times and that was also when plan was moved to secondary. Then on 26 October 2015 my broadband plan was renewed and my plan moved to primary plan which is 1 Mbps. Then again the problem raised and I complained on 27 October 2015 and then on 2 & 3 November 2015. I feel that company has given the priorities to high-speed plan customers and that's why this problem is raising. My request is only that please solve this problem as soon as possible because I work from home and earn from it only and in last month I have not completed my half the work and that affects my income.
