[Resolved] Tikona — customer care harassing using emails | |||
I have been writing multiple mails to tikona customer service to stop my services but my request was never processed and the services are auto renewed. I have multiple sent from my registered email id along with screenshot but still i’m getting auto responses. I have call records where they confirmed they will stop my connection.
