Tikona — Customer care is refusing account disconnection and wanting full bill payment even service was not available for many days. | |||||
Hello consumer forum, From last many months i was trying to disconnect tikona service but customer care did not doing so and i was forced to use tikona service. My tikona id -[protected]. My bill period is from 15th-to 14th of any month. I was using tikona service from last 4 years till mid march 2016 and i never delayed bill payments even service was not available may days in months[eg-from 19 dec 2015 to 2-3 jan 2016 the service was not available but still i have paid full bill payments]. But when service was not available from 19 feb 2016 to 5 march 2016 due to technical issue from tikona side, i finally decided to end the service and i mailed to tikona customer care but customer care refusing to disconnect the service permanently. Even i used only 8 gb out of 35 gb from 15 feb to 12 march, customer care demanding full bill payment around 900 and also late fines. They regularly call/mail me and sms me from bill payments. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
