[Resolved] Tikona Customer Care — New connection

In Spite of my 7 to 8 calls for new connection no body turn up. My complaint was taken as urgent priority one month passed still nobody turnup I didn't understand the actual meaning of tikona's urgent priority. No senior official is there to control this or all are sleeping
