I am trying upgrade my plan since last 2-3 months. But still I am helpless to upgrade any.
I have renew my plan in April or may at that time i want to upgrade my plan but customer staff told me that new plan require new device so due to lockdown it is not possible to install new device. So at that time I have just renew my existing pan and he told me when you need to upgrade just call on customer care they upgrade my plan then mentioned in system also. And also I have also negotiate plan amount to 10% discount. So I have tried many time on phone.
I have try to contact on phone but no success and it always say that "due to this pandemic we are unable." I think covid19 is affecting only tikona people not any other service providers.
I have also try to upgrade plan from app (as per your suggestion in one of you mail) but still i am not able to upgrade plan there also. And also if I am upgrade from app then I have to pay full amount. It is loss for me.
I have also try contacting vie email but still not found and solutions from your side .
Is this way to treat your customer. All other service provider is operating their service normally last 2-3 months back and you guys are still switching off your customer care and not doing any solutions to your customers.
Please do not send fake mesage like "we are try to contact you but you are not reachable" I leave in very well connected network area.
And also do not send me mail like "due to this situations we are not able call you" Was this information helpful? |
