I have requested for disconnection almost a year back and cleared bill till before concluding disconnection (I remember Customer care representative called during disconnection period and asked me to pay Rs.300 as final settlement amount. I have paid same almost a year back.) But till date I am getting bill with every month additional Rs. 100 late payment fees added into that.
I called customer care may times and even mailed them to stop my bill as my connection is no more available, but still not concluded!!
Every month Customer care will call me to discuss and when I complain about the bill generation (which is not relevant), they will promise me to come back, but till date no one has come back on closure of my connection/bill.
