[Resolved] Tikona — Customer service refusing to terminate my account and mental harassment. | |||||
I had been using tikona internet connection from last year, but due to pathetic services and slow speeds, decided to disconnect my connection. I raised a request on october 5, following which i settled the due which the customer service asked me to do. However instead of terminating my connection, they have instead changed the status to rental stopped, and are trying to make me resume the connection as they are blackmailing by saying i am still using it (I have disconnected the device and am no longer using their service) each time i call the consumer care number, they are avoiding my queries about the disconnection and termination email and instead are saying that they have stopped the rental and want me to restart the devices. Each time after complaining they say to wait for 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days to get the disconnection however they refuse to follow up and instead send misleading messages to my number and email. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
