[Resolved] Tikona — Daily disconnect on random basis | |||||
Since the day I took Tikona connection, it goes of on random basis and am ending up calling help desk. My wifi router had problems however the direct connection to my laptop and desktop also do not work which rules out their engineer's claim that my router has issues. Every time I raise a complaint ticket, they somehow reset to resolve the problem or send an engineer however that's not the way this should work. I paid for full year so am stuck and if this continue, will goto consumer court after 2 weeks with evidences to get back the money also get a cheating and harassment compensation.
