I have registered compaint many time to deactivate my account in june 2019 even draft a mail at customercare tikona & please collect your modem from my shop, but nobody revert me properly.
Now today i got a call from advocate preeti singh who said she is an advocate from delhi hightcourt and my case will be filed in next 30 mins, i have to come to court to fight my case and said we tell you the hearing date... Penalty and more...
When i proceed request for deactivate my account at before june 2019 then why are sending me bill... My last bill already paid in may month 1800 amount.
Please collect your modem & i am not going to pay any bill because i have already register a complaint through mail & call from my registered mobile number... I am getting call from ur executive & that lady preeti also... She is talking only #... Don't have manner how to talk... Please stop this asap...
