[Resolved] Tikona — Deactivation of internet service | |||||
These fraud company tikona is not disconnecting our internet connection even after we have stop using it. Frequently calling them and letting them know that we don't want to use the service they still not listening. They are giving us bills for each months even when we are not using and calling us to pay. They had blocked my mail id so that i can't request for disconnection. Verified Support Oct 09, 2016 Tikona Digital Networks Customer Care's response "Dear Mr. Paliwal, Greetings from Tikona. Your account disconnection request is in progress and your account will be terminated shortly. Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and full and final amount will be concluded. As full and final is concluded, we request you to make payment of Rs. 1, 747.68/- at the earliest. You are liable to pay Rs 1, 500/- as penalty for breach of the terms of services since you failed to surrender the modem even after sending several intimation from our end.
