[Resolved] Tikona — Deactivation request of tikona broadband user-[protected] | |||
Hi All, i have raised service deactivation request for Tikona Broadband User-[protected] services from 27-feb-2015 but still services are not being deactivated. Also i have paid in advance, not using their services from past 2 months and cancelling tikona services before next billing cycle which starts after 14 May 2015. I have also tried to call customer care but they are not receiving my calls, Please close the connection from immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||
