I had requested for tikona broadband service termination on 26th Oct and they said that my connection will be terminated in 15 days and i will receive full and final settlement mail.Today is the 15th day neither I have received any confirmation from them regarding account termination nor I have got full and final mail.When I am trying to call their customer care number every time I am getting a message saying we will call you back.
