Tikona — Delay in disconnection | |||||
My Tikona ID is [protected]. I applied for disconnection on 13th Sep 2015 and my service request number is "Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 9/12/2015 05:15:55 PM". Till date I have not yet received a single call from Tikona and every time I call customer care I get same reply "Sir I have raised the issue and our disconnection will call you with in 24 hours". Moreover my billing date is 27th of every month so, I was told I will have to pay the bill for Sep and I shall not be getting bill for the period of not using i.e after my billing date and now I am getting bill for the month of Oct too. Why should I get bill and pay for it when I am not using and have applied for disconnection before my billing date of previous month. Was this information helpful? | |||||
