[Resolved] Tikona — demand notice : incorrect billing | |||
I was using tikona wifi broadband connection till 10th may and asked for termination of connection 5 days prior as i was moving out of india and had no means of communication apart from mails. Still tikona did not terminate my connection and kept charging me for the period. As i had cancelled the same over customer centre call and not mail they are not acknowledging the termination. Since then they have been sending me mails repeatedly for payment every month to which i have replied several times without any reply from them. Recently they sent me a demand notice for payment failure to which will result in a legal notice from tikona. Id: [protected] Need help regarding this fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
