[Resolved] Tikona — demanding for extra money and threatening | |||||
I'm a former user of tikona broadband service in hadapsar, pune. I installed the connection 7 months ago and was told to pay rs.3070 for the three months of service. I was also told that there will be no extra charge and i was good for three months. But soon after 2 months i started receiving calls and texts from the company that my fees is pending and i need to pay rs.2208 more. I asked the engineer about it and he told me that i have already paid full payment so i should ignore but they limited my service in next 15 days. I told them and made it clear briefly how they made a mistake but they didn't listen a word from me. I finally cut the whole connection after the complete three months o[censored]sage. But i still have tons of their texts in my inbox. They stopped calling for a while. I thought they figured their mistake out but now i'm getting threatening calls from their lawyer. He said if i don't pay, they will bring me to court and the case is already file. Nobody is that naive, i know they are just trying to scare me but yes it works to a limit. I'm very frustrated with this and i need this to be solved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
