[Resolved]  Tikona — Did not give receipt and warranty card for the wifi router

The router does not work properly. I had asked the technical service engineer to replace it. But he doesn't pick up the call.

Please note that this is not the router I had purchased. This is Tikona router which the engineer installed. He has not given me the warranty card as well.

I asked to send the same Engineer. But they are sending a different engineer. Nice way to escape. This is how you treat your customers. You do not take action against your employee's misconduct. Shame
You have not addressed it. My name is samrat and I have complaint against your technical engineer named Pradeep. Read the problem description first.

I want to know that you have taken severe action against your employee ***PRADEEP*** who has got me a router saying Tikona has provided it. Force him to get my router replaced along with warranty card.
