My used id [protected], i had taken the tikona connection june 6 2016. After 4 days and speed was dropped 20 kps and after 4 days i am not getting the login page and its shows me limited connection. I made a complaint many times and i couldnt get any proper response from the tikona. On june 19 one service visit my home and he said that this area was not feasible to connect the internet and also he added that they disconnect the service and pay the refund as soon as possible. I made many many complaints regarding this to customer service, they said within august 14 2016 you going to get a refund check but i could not get any response from the customer service. Everyday while i am calling they said that within 24 or 48 or 72 hours you are going to get a check. Till now iam not getting the refund amount. Please some one help to get my money back

Updated by peri16 when you are going to give me refund.From your side said that within aug 14 giving but till now i couldnt get any response from you.and you didnt even provide what is actual bill amount, I need proper response as soon as possible
